By purchasing a ticket to the Sip & Paint Experience ("the Event"), the purchaser and ticket holder agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Ticket Purchase
A valid ticket is required for entry into the Event. Tickets are valid only for the Sip & Paint Experience taking place on 14 November 2026 and may not be used for any other Warmheart Events & Entertainment event.
The ticket price is MWK 30,000 Standard and MWK 50,000 VIP, excluding any transaction, processing or ticketing fees that may be charged by the ticketing platform.
2. No Refunds
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where the Event is cancelled by Warmheart Events & Entertainment and no alternative or rescheduled date is provided.
Failure or inability of a ticket holder to attend the Event for personal reasons shall not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
3. Event Changes
Warmheart Events & Entertainment reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to change the Event programme, entertainment line-up, performers, DJs, activities, venue arrangements or timings without providing a refund, provided that the Event proceeds substantially as advertised.
4. Postponement or Rescheduling
If the Event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled date. Warmheart Events & Entertainment will communicate any applicable arrangements through its official communication channels.
5. Ticket Validity
Each ticket may only be used once. Tickets that have already been scanned, redeemed, cancelled, duplicated, fraudulently obtained or otherwise invalidated will not be accepted.
Ticket holders are responsible for protecting their tickets, QR codes and other ticket information from unauthorised use.
Warmheart Events & Entertainment will not be responsible where a ticket or QR code has been copied, shared or used by another person before the legitimate ticket holder arrives at the Event.
6. Resale and Transfer
Tickets must not be resold for commercial gain or at an inflated price without the prior approval of Warmheart Events & Entertainment. Warmheart Events & Entertainment reserves the right to cancel tickets reasonably believed to have been obtained or resold fraudulently.
7. Right of Admission
Warmheart Events & Entertainment and its authorised security personnel reserve the right of admission to the Event.
Entry may be refused or a person may be removed from the Event for reasons including intoxication, violent or abusive behaviour, possession of prohibited or illegal items, harassment, failure to comply with security procedures, or conduct that threatens the safety or enjoyment of other guests.
No refund will be provided where admission is refused or a guest is removed for such conduct.
8. Age Restrictions and Alcohol
Where alcohol is sold or served, applicable age restrictions and laws shall apply. Warmheart Events & Entertainment and its service providers reserve the right to request valid identification and to refuse the sale or service of alcohol where appropriate.
Guests are encouraged to drink responsibly.
9. Security
All guests may be subject to reasonable security checks before entering the Event. Prohibited or illegal items may not be brought into the venue.
10. Photography and Recording
Photography, videography and other media recording may take place during the Event for security, promotional and marketing purposes.
By attending, guests acknowledge that they may incidentally appear in photographs or recordings of the Event that may subsequently be used by Warmheart Events & Entertainment on its websites, social media platforms and other promotional materials, subject to applicable law.
11. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Warmheart Events & Entertainment shall not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property occurring at the Event.
12. Health and Safety
Guests must comply with reasonable health, safety and security instructions issued by Warmheart Events & Entertainment, venue management or authorised security personnel.
13. Force Majeure
Warmheart Events & Entertainment shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement or material changes caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, civil disturbance or other force majeure events.
Where such circumstances occur, Warmheart Events & Entertainment will communicate the applicable arrangements to ticket holders.
14. Ticketing Platform
The ticketing company acts as the platform through which tickets are purchased and distributed. Warmheart Events & Entertainment X Eni's Royal Art Studio remains the organiser of the Event. Any separate transaction or platform terms imposed by the ticketing provider may also apply to the purchase.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, receiving or using a ticket and/or attending the Sip & Paint Experience, the ticket holder confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
