1. Admission
Admission is strictly by valid ticket only. A physical or digital ticket must be presented at entry. Doors open at the advertised time, and management reserves the right to refuse entry once venue capacity has been reached.
2. Tickets
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Lost, stolen, damaged, duplicated, or counterfeit tickets will not be replaced or refunded. All tickets are subject to verification through the official event validation system.
3. Security and Entry
All guests and their belongings may be subject to security screening upon entry. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person without refund for disorderly conduct, intoxication, possession of prohibited items, or any behaviour that compromises the safety or enjoyment of others.
4. Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards performers, organisers, venue staff, volunteers, and fellow attendees. Any form of violence, harassment, vandalism, or illegal activity may result in immediate removal from the event without refund and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
5. Photography and Media
Photography and video recording using mobile phones for personal use are permitted unless otherwise announced. By attending the event, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional and archival purposes by the official event media team.
6. Event Changes and Liability
The organisers reserve the right to amend the programme, performers, schedule, or venue if circumstances beyond their control require it. While reasonable measures will be taken to ensure a safe event, attendees participate at their own risk. The organisers and venue accept no liability for loss, theft, injury, or damage to persons or property except where caused by proven negligence.
7. Acceptance
By purchasing a ticket or attending the St. Pius Choir Legacy Concert, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
