By purchasing, possessing, or using a ticket to the Event, attendees agree to the following
Terms & Conditions.
1. TICKETING
1.1. Kwenda.Co is the exclusive authorized e-ticketing partner for the Event. Tickets sold
through unauthorized third parties may be deemed invalid.
1.2. All tickets purchased through Kwenda.Co shall contain a valid QR code or verification
reference.
1.3. Tickets may be purchased online through the official Kwenda.Co platform and any
officially approved sales channels communicated by the Organizers.
1.4. The Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person with duplicated, altered,
fraudulent, damaged, or invalid tickets.
1.5. Ticket availability is subject to capacity limitations and may close before the event date
without notice.
2. ENTRY CONDITIONS
2.1. Every attendee must present a valid ticket for admission.
2.2. Security personnel reserve the right to conduct searches on persons and belongings at
entry points for safety purposes.
2.3. Prohibited items may include:
Weapons
Illegal substances
Dangerous objects
Outside alcohol where prohibited
Any item deemed unsafe by security personnel
2.4. Entry may be denied to any individual who:
Appears intoxicated
Behaves violently or abusively
Threatens public safety
Violates venue regulations
2.5. No refund shall be issued to attendees removed from the Event for misconduct or
violation of these Terms.
3. EVENT CHANGES
3.1. The Organizers reserve the right to make changes to:
Event schedules
Artist line-ups
Performances
Seating arrangements
Venue logistics
where reasonably necessary.
3.2. Such changes shall not automatically entitle attendees to refunds unless otherwise
communicated officially by the Organizers.
4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
4.1. In the event of cancellation or official postponement of the Event, the Organizers shall
communicate refund or ticket transfer procedures through official communication channels.
4.2. Refund processing shall be conducted subject to instructions issued by the Event
Organizers in coordination with Kwenda.Co.
4.3. Service fees, booking fees, or processing fees may be subject to the refund terms
communicated at the time of cancellation.
4.4. Refunds shall not cover personal expenses including transportation, accommodation, or
other incidental costs incurred by attendees.
5. MEDIA CONSENT
5.1. By attending the Event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
5.2. The Organizers reserve the right to use any event photography, video, livestream footage,
or recordings for:
Marketing
Promotions
Documentary purposes
Social media
Commercial publicity
without compensation to attendees.
6. LIABILITY
6.1. Attendance at the Event is at the attendee’s own risk.
6.2. Nthano Lab, Endevour Events, Kwenda.Co, venue operators, sponsors, contractors, and
affiliates shall not be held responsible for:
Loss of personal property
Injury
Delays
Technical interruptions
Force majeure circumstances beyond reasonable control
except where liability arises from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
7.1. The Organizers shall not be liable for delays, cancellation, interruption, or modification of
the Event resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control including:
Severe weather
Government restrictions
Public emergencies
Power outages
Civil unrest
Security threats
Technical failures
8. DATA & PRIVACY
8.1. Personal information collected during ticket purchases shall be processed in accordance
with applicable Malawi laws and relevant data protection requirements.
8.2. Ticketing and attendee information may be used for:
Event communication
Ticket verification
Customer support
Safety management
Approved marketing communications
9. EVENT BRANDING & INTELLECTUAL
PROPERTY
9.1. All event branding, logos, artwork, video content, promotional material, and intellectual
property related to the Event remain the property of their respective owners.
9.2. Unauthorized commercial recording, rebroadcasting, resale, or reproduction of Event
content is prohibited without written authorization from the Organizers.
10. GENERAL
10.1. The Organizers reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably
necessary.
10.2. Any disputes arising in relation to the Event shall be governed by the laws of the
Republic of Malawi.
10.3. By purchasing or using a ticket, attendees acknowledge and agree to these Terms &
Conditions.
