Kumusha Wine Launch and Tasting

1. Conduct & Safety * All guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward other attendees, staff, and property. * Intoxicated or disruptive individuals may be denied entry or asked to leave. * Guests participate in wine tasting and all event activities at their own discretion. 2. Media, Photography & Content Use * By attending, guests consent to being photographed or recorded for marketing, media coverage, and post-event publications by Fast Kwacha and Kumusha Wines. * Guests who do not wish to appear in media must notify the media team upon arrival. 3. Payments & Purchases * Any onsite purchases (e.g., wine sales) must be completed through approved payment channels, including Fast Kwacha’s digital platform. * No refunds will be issued for purchases made during the event. 4. Program Changes * Event schedule, performances, activities, or speakers are subject to change without prior notice. * Fast Kwacha reserves the right to modify or cancel segments of the event for safety, logistics, or operational reasons. 5. Liability * Fast Kwacha, Kumusha Wines, Rivva, and event partners are not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal items. * Guests attend the event at their own risk and agree to indemnify the organizers against any claims arising from participation. 6. Data & Compliance * Any personal information collected for registration or follow-up will be used strictly for event communication, onboarding, and business development aligned with Fast Kwacha policies. * All data management complies with Malawi’s applicable privacy guidelines.
