Effective Date: 4 th – 8 th August 2026 Welcome to Kumingoli Island Bash! By purchasing a ticket and attending the festival, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. 1. Ticket Purchase and Entry ● Tickets must be purchased through official channels. Any unauthorised resale of tickets is prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund. ● Attendees must present a valid ticket for entry. Tickets may be digital or printed. ● All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered under any circumstances, except in the case of festival cancellation or as required by law. 2. Attendee Conduct ● Attendees agree to behave in a respectful manner towards all festival staff, other attendees, and performers. ● Illegal substances, weapons, and dangerous items are strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the festival. ● The festival reserves the right to evict any attendee for unruly or disruptive behaviour without a refund. 3. Health and Safety ● Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety during the festival. ● In case of emergency, festival staff are authorised to take necessary actions to ensure the safety of all attendees. ● Compliance with any health guidelines (e.g., COVID-19 protocols) set forth by local health authorities is mandatory. 4. Photography and Recording ● Attendees may take photos and record videos for personal use only. Commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited. ● By attending the festival, you consent to being filmed or photographed and understand that footage may be used for promotional purposes. 5. Liability Waiver ● Attendees acknowledge that participation in the festival involves inherent risks and agree to release and hold harmless Kumingoli Island Music Festival, its organisers, sponsors, and staff from any liability for injury, loss, or damages that may occur. 6. Changes to Terms ● Kumingoli Island Music Festival reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the festival website, and continued attendance constitutes acceptance of those changes. 7. Governing Law ● These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malawi.
