Cashless Event: The festival will operate on a strictly cashless basis. The ticketing provider must ensure their system supports cashless integration, or clearly communicate to patrons that on-site transactions (food, drinks, crafts) will require cashless payment methods. *Strict No Outside Food or Drink Policy:* No external food or beverages are permitted into the venue. Security and ticket-scanning personnel will enforce this at the gates. *Vendor Stalls:* Independent food and craft stalls will be operating within the venue secure perimeter. *Shuttle Service Logistics:* scheduled shuttle transport will be available at planned intervals from designated pick-up points in Mzuzu town to ferry ticket holders to and from the Rayoni Events Garden venue at a fee
