Malawi Tourism Industry Awards (MTIA) Gala 2025

Terms & Conditions a. Validity Tickets purchased are valid only for the Tourism Awards Gala 2025. Each ticket admits one person or one organization package, depending on the category purchased. b. Payment & Confirmation All payments must be made in full at the time of booking. Ticket confirmation will be issued only after successful payment. c. Refunds & Cancellations In the event of postponement or cancellation by MTC, a full refund will be issued or new arrangements will be communicated directly to ticket holders. If a ticket holder misses the event for personal reasons, no refund shall be provided. d. Transfers Tickets are transferable to another person or organization, provided MTC is notified at least 48 hours before the event. Data Protection & Privacy Customer data collected during ticket purchase will only be used for ticketing and event-related communication. MTC and Kwenda.co shall comply with applicable data protection and privacy regulations. f. Liability MTC shall not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. g. Dress Code All attendees are required to observe the official dress code: Black & White Attire.
