1. Ticket Validity
Each ticket is valid for one person and only for the event, date, and ticket category
stated on the ticket. Tickets may not be duplicated, altered, or used fraudulently.
2. Tickets Are Non-Refundable
All ticket sales are final and tickets are non-refundable, except where the event is
cancelled or where a refund is otherwise required by law or specifically approved by the
event organizer.
3. Event Changes
The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including
changes to the venue, schedule, programme, speakers, performers, or other event
details.
4. Postponement or Cancellation
If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date unless
otherwise communicated by the organizer. In the event of cancellation, refund
arrangements will be communicated by the organizer and/or ticketing company.
5. Entry Requirements
Attendees must present a valid ticket upon entry. The organizer reserves the right to
refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is disruptive, threatening, violent, or
otherwise inappropriate.
6. Security Checks
All attendees may be subject to security checks. Weapons, illegal substances, and other
prohibited items are not permitted at the event.
7. Age Restrictions
Attendees must comply with any age restrictions communicated for the event. Where
applicable, minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
8. Lost or Stolen Tickets
The organizer and ticketing company are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or
duplicated tickets. A ticket that has already been scanned or used may not be accepted
for entry.
9. Resale and Unauthorized Tickets
Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes without the

organizer’s authorization. Tickets purchased through unauthorized sellers may be
cancelled and refused at the venue.
10. Photography and Recording
By attending the event, attendees acknowledge that photography, video and audio
recording may take place and may be used by the organizer for documentation,
marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.
11. Personal Belongings
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizer is not
responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, except where required by applicable
law.
12. Right to Refuse Entry
The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove an attendee where necessary
to protect the safety, security, or enjoyment of other attendees, staff, performers, or the
venue.
13. Ticketing Service
The ticketing company acts as the ticketing agent for the event. Any event-related
decisions, including event changes, postponement, cancellation, or programme
changes, remain the responsibility of the event organizer.
14. Acceptance of Terms
Purchase or use of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
