Terms & Conditions a. Validity Tickets purchased are valid only for the Regional Training Workshop for MSMEs in the Tourism Sector 2025. Each ticket admits one participant under the category purchased (Paid-up Member or Non-Member). b. Payment & Confirmation All payments must be made in full at the time of booking through Kwenda.co or via *495#. Confirmation will be issued only after successful payment. Entry to the workshop is strictly by confirmed ticket (e-ticket or confirmation SMS). c. Refunds & Cancellations In the event of postponement or cancellation by the Malawi Tourism Council (MTC), a full refund will be issued, or new arrangements will be communicated directly to ticket holders. If a ticket holder misses the event for personal reasons, no refund will be provided. d. Transfers Tickets are transferable to another person or organization upon written notification to MTC not later than 48 hours before the event. e. Data Protection & Privacy Customer data collected during ticket purchase will only be used for ticketing, workshop updates, and event-related communication. MTC and Kwenda.co will handle all data in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy regulations. f. Liability MTC shall not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and related arrangements. g. Photography & Media By attending the event, participants consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for use in MTC promotional and reporting materials.
