1. Definitions "Event" refers to Podfest Malawi 2024. "Organizer" refers to Khali Africa, the founder of Podfest Malawi. "Attendee" refers to any individual attending the Event. "Venue" refers to the Bingu International Convention Centre (BICC). 2. Ticket Sales Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Ticket prices include access to all Event sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities. The Organizer reserves the right to alter ticket prices or offer discounts at its discretion. 3. Event Schedule The Event schedule is subject to change without notice. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event due to unforeseen circumstances. 4. Attendance Attendees must present a valid ticket and photo identification to gain entry. Attendees must comply with Venue rules and regulations. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any Attendee deemed disruptive or disorderly. 5. Intellectual Property All content presented at the Event remains the intellectual property of the respective speakers or owners. Attendees may not record, reproduce, or distribute Event content without prior permission. 6. Photography and Videography The Organizer reserves the right to photograph and/or videotape the Event. Attendees grant permission for their image or likeness to be used in Event promotional materials. 7. Liability The Organizer shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the Event. Attendees participate at their own risk. 8. Cancellation In the event of cancellation, the Organizer will refund ticket purchases in full. 9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Malawian law. 10. Changes The Organizer reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. By purchasing a ticket, Attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
