Ticket Types  Day Access Ticket - Grants access to the Roots of Malawi Cultural Village from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This ticket is valid for daytime activities only and does not include access to the evening Roots of Malawi Grand Show.  Evening Ticket - Grants access to the Roots of Malawi Grand Show from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.  Family Day Access Ticket - Grants access to the daytime Cultural Village experience for the family group specified at the time of purchase. This ticket is valid from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and does not include access to the evening Grand Show. General Terms and Conditions • Tickets for the Roots of Malawi National Cultural Festival are available exclusively online through KWENDA.co. • Each standard ticket admits one person. A Family Day Access Ticket admits only the number of adults and children specified at the time of purchase. • All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise communicated by the organisers. • Day Access and Family Day Access Tickets expire at 5:00 PM. Holders wishing to attend the evening Roots of Malawi Grand Show must hold a valid Evening Ticket. • All attendees must present a valid digital ticket for scanning and verification at the designated entrance. • Admission is subject to successful ticket verification and compliance with event security and access procedures. • Re-entry, where permitted, will be subject to the access procedures and conditions communicated by the organisers on the day of the event. • The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person who:  does not possess a valid ticket;  fails ticket verification;  behaves in a disorderly, abusive or unsafe manner;  possesses prohibited or illegal items;  appears excessively intoxicated; or  refuses to comply with reasonable instructions from event staff or security personnel. • The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme, artist lineup, performance times, activities or schedule where circumstances require. • Child admission requirements, age restrictions and applicable ticketing conditions will be clearly stated at the point of purchase. • Attendees are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. The organisers will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded. • By entering the event, attendees acknowledge that photography, filming, livestreaming and other forms of recording may take place. Attendees consent to the use of such content for event coverage, media, broadcast, social media and future promotional purposes relating to Roots of Malawi. • In the event of postponement, cancellation or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organisers, ticket holders will be informed of the applicable arrangements through official Roots of Malawi and KWENDA communication channels. • The organisers reserve the right to introduce additional health, safety, security or access requirements where reasonably necessary for the safe and orderly conduct of the event. • Purchase and use of a Roots of Malawi ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
