1. Ticket Purchase Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis. Tickets are only valid if purchased through official LSC channels, including authorized online platforms and approved physical outlets. Each ticket admits one person only unless explicitly stated otherwise. No tickets may be resold or transferred for commercial purposes without written permission from LSC. 2. Entry Policy Entry will only be granted to ticket holders with a valid physical or digital ticket and valid ID. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. 3. Refund & Cancellation Policy All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled. In the event of postponement, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. LSC is not responsible for additional expenses incurred due to event cancellation or rescheduling (e.g. transport or accommodation costs). 4. Event Safety & Conduct Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward others and event staff. Any abusive, violent, or illegal behavior may result in ejection without refund. The possession and use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. LSC reserves the right to conduct security checks at the gate. 5. Weather Conditions LSC is an outdoor event and will proceed rain or shine. No refunds will be given due to adverse weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by event organizers. 6. Media & Photography By attending the event, you consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded for promotional or archival purposes. Unauthorized professional photography, drone use, or commercial recording is prohibited unless pre-approved by LSC. 7. Changes to Line-Up or Programming LSC reserves the right to alter the artist line-up or event schedule at any time. Such changes do not qualify for a refund. 8. Liability Attendees enter the venue at their own risk. LSC is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained within the event grounds, except in cases of proven negligence. 9. Prohibited Items Weapons, fireworks, illegal substances, glass bottles, and large umbrellas are not allowed. Alcohol is only permitted if purchased from licensed event vendors. 10. Acceptance of Terms Purchase and/or possession of a ticket implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
