Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in human resources within a fast-paced startup environment, with clear potential to grow into a senior HR role as the company scales.

The HR Assistant will work closely with management to support HR operations, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee records and documentation.

• Assist with recruitment processes such as job postings, shortlisting, and interview coordination.

• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.

• Assist with performance management processes and staff engagement initiatives.

• Help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

• Support payroll-related administration and basic HR reporting.

• Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

• Provide general administrative and HR support as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Previous experience or internship in HR or administration is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of HR principles and labor practices.

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the role.
