One year ago, we took a bold step toward reshaping the future of Malawian football.

Our partnership with the Football Association of Malawi (FAM) marked the beginning of a digital transformation focused on innovation, efficiency, and improving the fan experience.

🚀 From Pilot to Nationwide Impact

Our journey began with a pilot at the NBS Bank Charity Shield.

Since then, we’ve powered ticketing across some of Malawi’s biggest football competitions, including the Airtel Top 8, the FDH Cup, the Castel Challenge Cup, Malawi National Team matches, and many more fixtures across the country.

What started as a pilot has grown into a trusted digital ticketing system used by fans nationwide.

🎟️ A Better Way to Experience Football

Over the past year, we’ve made it easier for fans to access football through simple, digital solutions.

Football fans can now book tickets from the comfort of their home, or wherever they are, without travelling far looking for tickets.

Tickets can now be purchased through our website, WhatsApp, and USSD (*495#).

Fans can pay using Airtel Money, TNM Mpamba, and bank cards including Visa and Mastercard.

This has made matchdays more convenient, giving fans the freedom to secure tickets anytime, anywhere, without the stress of long queues.

📈 Driving Innovation Together

Through this partnership, we’ve been working with the Football Association of Malawi to modernize football in Malawi.

Together, we’ve improved operational efficiency, enhanced transparency in ticketing, and created a more seamless experience for fans.
