She is drawn to Kwenda’s role at the intersection of technology, travel, and real economic impact, particularly its mission to build digital infrastructure that connects travellers, local operators, and businesses to broader regional and global markets. In her role, she will work closely with strategic partners and investors to strengthen alignment, communicate value clearly, and support Kwenda’s growth as it scales its technology across Southern Africa.

👩‍💼 Georgina Kajiyanike Gadama – Head of Sales.

Georgina brings over 18 years of experience in sales leadership, revenue growth, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships across the hospitality, media, and events sectors. Known for building and leading high-performing teams, she brings a strong commercial mindset and data-driven approach. As Head of Sales, she will focus on driving sustainable revenue growth, expanding key accounts, strengthening customer relationships, and reinforcing Kwenda’s leadership market position.
