Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and strategic Sales Manager with strong experience in sales and a proven ability to deliver results. The ideal candidate will excel at building partnerships, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth. While knowledge of the travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors is an added advantage, the core focus of this role is strong sales leadership and the ability to expand Kwenda’s presence across key markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and execution.

• Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key industry stakeholders.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities to support platform expansion.

• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.

• Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend strategic improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of achieving results.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• A strong network or experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is an added advantage.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

• Strategic thinker with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
