Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial strategy and operations. This role is critical in driving Kwenda.co's mission while maintaining financial health and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all financial operations, including planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting.

- Develop and implement robust financial strategies aligned with Kwenda.co’s business goals.

- Provide insightful analysis to guide strategic decisions and investments.

- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations such as taxation.

- Manage and mentor the finance team to foster professional growth and efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial insights with business strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA/CFA is an added advantage).

- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a senior financial leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and compliance.

- Proficiency in financial software and systems.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Officer to lead the development and management of our human resources strategies and operations. The HR Officer will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring employee satisfaction, and supporting Kwenda.co’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with Kwenda.co's mission and goals.

- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development programs to attract and retain top talent.

- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations.

- Promote a culture of collaboration, excellence, and inclusivity within the organization.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- Work closely with the leadership team to address organizational and personnel needs.

- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage).

- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and Malawi labor regulations.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
