Cancellation Policy

Cancellation after 48 hours before check in time is nonrefundable Thank you for booking with us, we look forward to hosting you Kindly NOTE the HOUSE RULES listed below and these are the house rules and therefore are not negotiable. 1. This home that you have booked accommodates only 2 people per queen/double bed, in Room 1 and 2, Room 3 has a single bed and accommodates 1 person. Couches are not to be used for sleeping- if the number exceeds 5, a special arrangement should be made prior to booking. 2. 🚫Please note that Parties are not allowed without prior approval, no gatherings, and no excessive noise is allowed at night. Please be mindful of noise levels for the interest of our neighbours 3. 🚫No furniture or utensils or any items may be removed from the premises. We trust you to take Care of all items of all items in the house, please inform us of any breakages or damages so that we can establish the replacement cost. 4. 🚫If your stay is more than a day, the caretaker will come only to clean and change beddings, if you need your personal laundry to be done, you will be required to pay a separate minimal dependent on quantity. 5. 🚫To secure your booking, please make 50% advance payment and the other 50% should be paid before check in. In situations where your stay has been extended, you need to inform us well in advance and make sure payment for the extension has also been made in advance. Our check in time is 14:00hrs and check out is 12:00hrs. 6. 🚫Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house. - If you smoke, please use outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
