a. Validity Tickets purchased are valid only for the 2025 Tourism Street Carnival. Each ticket admits one person or one organization package, depending on the category purchased. b. Payment & Confirmation All payments must be made in full at the time of booking. Confirmation of exhibition space or entry will be issued only after successful payment. c. Refunds & Cancellations In the event of postponement or cancellation by MTC, a full refund will be issued, or new arrangements will be communicated. Refunds are not available for cancellations made by exhibitors or attendees. d. Exhibitor & Participant Guidelines Exhibitors must comply with the setup and takedown times provided by the organizers. The organizers reserve the right to decline any exhibition or activity that is deemed inappropriate. e. Liability MTC will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage of property during the event.
