Terms & Conditions for Online Ticket Vendors 1. Ticket Sales Authorization • Only officially approved vendors by Chitoliro Productions are permitted to sell tickets online. •Vendors must sign a partnership agreement and receive digital assets for promotional purposes. 2. Revenue Sharing • Ticket vendors shall retain a commission of 10% per ticket sold (negotiable for bulk sales). • Payouts will be made within 3 business days after the event, accompanied by a sales report. 3. Reporting & Transparency • Vendors must provide weekly sales reports detailing ticket types sold, quantities, and buyer information (where applicable). • Final ticket sales reconciliation must be submitted 24 hours before the event day. 4. Ticket Validation • Vendors must issue unique QR codes or ticket IDs for each sale. • A verification system must be in place to prevent fraud or duplicate entry. • Chitoliro Productions will provide a guest list check-in team at the venue, or work in coordination with vendor-provided tools. 5. Marketing & Promotion • Vendors are expected to actively promote the event through: Website banners Social media posts Newsletters (if applicable) 6. Customer Support • Vendors must provide customer support for any issues related to ticket purchases. • Refunds are only applicable if the event is officially canceled or postponed. 7. Exclusivity (Optional Clause) • Upon agreement, a vendor may request exclusive online sales rights in exchange for additional support, visibility, or sponsorship. 8.
